Each life throughout the Milky Way Galaxy that is 14th dimension or less has an Upper Soul Council which is a group of 12 higher dimensional life forms that actively work to help guide, protect and comfort the lesser dimensional being so that it can evolve. Some call them angels and guides. For as the lower dimension evolves the higher dimension evolves. You’ve heard the saying ‘As above, so below’ well that is one of the laws of creation. For several members of The Upper Soul Council, usually 3 or 4 are other soul aspects of the same total soul that the person they are guiding is connected to. Many people do not realize how truly big they are throughout the galaxy as each life is one soul aspect out of 1,720 soul aspects that are living on many dimensions throughout The Milky Way Galaxy.
Some people call it The Upper Soul Council their Council of 12 but Gregory and Shelina have more than 12 with many more soul energies wanting to join in. Most people never evolve enough to know all of their Upper Soul Council but can interact with a few if taught. They are there to help with physical vitality, wellbeing, relationships, spiritual growth and personal development. For as they learn and help others they are able to evolve too. Each intelligent life through the 14th dimension has this council no matter whether they are physical or nonphysical.
There are many ways to communicate with them through:
1) Clairaudience- ability to hear divine voices, whispers or sounds are beyond time or space from paranormal spirits. This clear hearing is done through ESP within the mind, without the normal physical ear. A person able to listen to these sounds from beyond time and space are clairaudients.
2) Clairvoyance-ability to see the past, present or future inner side of things through the 3rd eye chakra and not the physical eye using above normal perception. A person that can see visions with their paranormal sight is called a clairvoyant. Nostradamus, Edgar Cayce and Gregory Thomas are.
3) Clairsentience-ability to know something about the past, present or future through hunches, physical sensations or smell, picking up energy vibrations from auras and voices, energy fields and sensing the presences of spiritual entities of other dimensional life forms or ghosts. A person that is sensitive to etherical energies, paranormal personalities and frequencies is called clairsentient.
